Made from a piece of recycled Oak which was limed to enhance the grain, oiled, and then waxed with renaissance wax, and given some feet to protect your surfaces.
The Handblown lamps are a work of art themselves, all of them are a slightly different size (as you would expect being handmade) all come complete with wicks and a refilling funnel.
The block of oak is a one piece of timber, not the cheaper laminate type, a small screw hole is visible in the base which gives its recycled credentials. 
A lovely taking point which will look great on your mantle piece.
